Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the bs4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bs4.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bs4 services, including both mobile and web versions, as well as any new sections launched in the future. Our platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited, and bs4 reserves the right to terminate any such account.
Account Registration & Security
Accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on bs4. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be terminated at any time. Each individual may only hold one account — maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to us immediately.
Bs4 may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using bs4, you agree to comply with the following:
- The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain any advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to complete any transaction through fraud or false information is strictly prohibited.
- Operating an account under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Currency Policy
All transactions on bs4 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
- Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Identity verification is required before any withdrawal. Transactions that have already been processed cannot be reversed.
- If any suspicious transaction is identified, bs4 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend the account if necessary.
- Bonus or promotional balances may be subject to their own terms, which will be communicated separately.
Using third-party payment methods means their own terms and conditions will also apply.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
Bs4 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: violation of terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or instruction from a legal authority. Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in urgent cases.
Users may request account closure at any time. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
Bs4 is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, network disruptions, or third-party failures. Users assume full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using the platform. bs4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify any service at its discretion.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Intellectual Property
All content on the bs4 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of bs4. Reproduction, copying, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Connections
Bs4 may contain links to external websites or services. bs4 is not responsible for the content or policies of any such third parties. If you access those sites, their own terms and conditions will apply.
Terms Changes & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Bs4 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bangladeshi courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
